Pancake Menu


The following was used for the 2008 pancake breakfast:

  • 2 2-lbs boxes of pancake mix
  • 1 24-fluid oz of syrup
  • 72 breakfast sausage links (6 packages of 12)
  • 5 packages of bacon
  • 2 huge fruit platters
  • 3 coffee cakes
  • 3 quarts of orange juice
  • 1 gallon of chocolate milk
  • 1 pot of coffee
